All exhibitions are open to all children age 4 - 18

This is an international children's art exhibition and welcomes submissions from ALL overseas schools and idividuals.

School and individual entries are judged collectively according to the following age categories (4-10) and (11-18).

Each work should have one, unique author; collective works are insubmissible

The maximum format of a 2D entry is 70 x 50cm.

There is no limitation in the number of entries an organisation can submit

In making their decisions the panel of judges takes into account:

1) the adherence to the theme

2) the ages of the entrants

3) the physical and learning ability of the child

Works of art must be labelled using the attached submission label, which should be filled in as fully and neatly as possible. Download your GW100 Submission Label

Only original works are admitted to the UKCFAE

Photographs must be printed on professional quality photographic paper

Please do not mount your entries on a board

Pastel and other work prone to smudging must be fixed using an appropriate sealant

All works must be "new" and must not been published or exhibited previously

All works remain the property of the organiser which may use them for appropriate non profit making purposes within its own activities.

The organiser reserves copyright on all submitted pieces
